Your XSites' contact manager is always available, giving you anywhere access to your contact records and schedule. You can confirm or change appointments, send reminders, and e-mail clients at anytime. All it takes is access to the Internet.

Every contact is tracked with detailed records, including phone numbers, addresses, e-mails and unlimited notes. You can assign contacts to one or multiple groups that you define (such as "buyer," "owner," "agent," etc.).

Leads captured from your XSite are automatically added to its contact manager. And, of course, you can import and export your contacts and schedules to and from Microsoft Outlook®. It doesn't get easier.

Virus-protected e-mail with your own domain name

Your Mortgage XSite comes with a free CertMail account that includes ten mailboxes. Now your company e-mail address and your XSite will include the domain name you selected like dan@walkermortgage.net.

And with CertMail, viruses and spam aren't a problem when using your free CertMail account. Your mailboxes are protected by an industrial strength, server-side virus and spam filter — just like the ones we use in our own offices.

Share loan management tools with your staff

Now it's easy for your loan officers to market and manage loans from your Mortgage XSite. Assign loan apps to specific LOs. Then when loans and leads come in, your LOs can log into their own area of your XSite to manage the loan process. And you can easily reassign loans to another LO. No more lost leads when LOs are out.
